What does a successful Manager Operations Management do?A successful Business Operations Manager is responsible for managing a team with various responsibilities related to card brand compliance efforts; inclusive of merchant level card brand program registrations, card brand rules inquiries, rules violations/data integrity programs and other non-compliance related efforts; card brand release communications and other efforts related to support card brand changes.In this role, you can look forward to:Providing coaching, support, career mentorship and feedback to associates on performance, and career goals. Administer performance management by diagnosing improvement opportunities, providing effective feedback, training, professional development and correction action. Providing clear, concise guidelines and oversight, to ensure financial integrity for the Fiserv business related to payment card rules, regulations, fees and external industry representation. Communicate and assist with the Card Brand Organization Rules & Regulations for GMA Channel. Receive, review, distribute, monitor, and resolve merchant violations.
