Our diverse and collaborative teams are constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible.Ready to join us?About this opportunityThe Field Practice Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and executing consumer and patient marketing strategy and developing key marketing initiatives to drive practice growth and productivity while working with general dental practices.The Field Practice Marketing Manager will work closely with the consumer and professional marketing and commercial teams to deliver integrated marketing tools and resources to support the growth and development of targeted general dental practices. They will contribute to the continued growth of the North American general dental practices by partnering with local field sales teams to support the goal of being a trusted and valued partner for all Invisalign Providers. The Field Practice Marketing Manager will engage, train and support them in their marketing journey.The Field Practice Marketing Manager will report to the Manager, Field Practice Marketing - GP Channel in North America. The role will be based in the Northwest and will consist of up to 30% travel. Candidates can reside anywhere in the Northwest near a major airport but Washington, Oregon, Minnesota, Colorado, & Utah preferred.In this role, you will Support and drive key marketing initiatives connected to growth programs developed for our dental and dental specialty providers to increase patient demand and practice utilization of all Invisalign and iTero products.Identify and understand local market trends, dental and dental specialty practice initiatives and patient needsAnalyze practice digital marketing initiatives and make recommendations on how to optimize to drive patient engagement and demandWork closely with local sales leadership to identify regional focus areas and maximize customer reach/impactWork with our consumer team to leverage both consumer demand and utilization of marketing materialsWork cross-functionally to support the development of marketing programs and initiatives to evaluate customer online presence, optimize patient experiences and drive in-practice patient conversionProvide workshops on social platforms, developing social and digital content, current editing and creative tools, coach on leveraging promotional opportunities, and cobranding materials.Ensure effective implementation of marketing guides, tools and resources in local marketEducate practices on how to leverage digital campaign assets and social media (both paid and organic content) to grow their target consumer audience and bring more qualified leads to the office.Additional responsibilities: Ensures the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned to the group Complies with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human ResourcesParticipates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goalsIn this role, you'll need A proven track-record with minimum 6+ years of Marketing experience; Consumer marketing experience preferredBachelor's degree; MBA preferredHealthcare marketing, and/or Dental & Orthodontic medical device sales experience preferredStrong knowledge of all digital channels, specifically social mediaAbility to travel up to 30%Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and create solutions to meet those needsEffective communication skills (written, oral, & presentation)Excellent writing, presentation and communication skillsStrong project managementAbility to work with individuals at all levels in an organizationA demonstrated proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint - and ability to develop and deliver effective presentations.Sound like a good fit?Great!
