Are you interested in working on meaningful work within the Intelligence industry?This is a position for an Intelligence Collection Analyst supporting Joint Staff J26s Training, Tradecraft, and Certification branch. This position will provide collection management (CM) subject matter expertise through consultation and development of CM-related products. Project tasks include a mix of long-term projects; short term, ad hoc tasks, and ongoing operations supporting the certification program. Job duties include providing intelligence collection management (CM) subject matter expertise (SME) to support the following:Key Responsibilities:Development of Department of Defense (DoD) CM TradecraftDevelopment of DoD CM and related training courses, both traditional classroom and online (CBT and instructor-led)Design, development, and operation of the DoD's CM professional certification program, the Certified CM Professional (CCMP) program. Includes supporting obtaining and maintain the program's accreditation through the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA); development of and coordination of certification standards with Defense CM Enterprise (DCME) SMEs; development and operation of the CCMP Fundamental (CCMP-F) certification exam (eg, writing exam questions under the guidance of an exam developer);Development of CM professionalization (eg, job analyses, competency models, position descriptions, career paths, career path guide, career learning plan) for DIA-employed collection managersRequired QualificationsTS/SCI eligible; able to pass Intel Poly5+ years operational experience as a collections analyst (or collection manager, collection strategist, or collection requirements manager [CRM], or collection operations manager [COM], or collection planner, or ISR operator, or ISR liaison, and SIDO)Expert knowledge of DoD processes and terminologyExpert Microsoft Office skillsAdditional Desired Skills and KnowledgeExperience working with more than one intelligence disciplineExperience working with both collection requirements management (CRM) and collection operations management (COM)Experience working at more than one echelon (level of war; eg, tactical, operational, strategic)Experience in DoD training and/or course development methodologiesIdeal candidates excel in small team dynamics, are highly motivated, can finish assignments independently with little guidance, take direction well, have a high attention to detail, are experts at collaborating among peer groups (in person research), conduct excellent research, have experience creating print-ready professional booklets and products, and have experience working with and editing SharePoint and/or Access databases.Work EnvironmentThis position is for a member of a team of seven personnel supporting J26.
