Job Description Job Description Required 1 year of commercial lawn care crew leader experience and must be shown in resume. Responsibilities . Work as crew leader to provide maintenance on our landscapes and lawns . Operate a commercial mower and trimmer daily . Assist with loading and unloading work truck, comply with company safety policies at all time . Drive a truck and trailer . Work well with others in a team environment and be helpful and courteous to customers . Supervise crews in an efficient, polite and timely manner . Speak with supervisor on quality of properties as well as feedback on crew members working under them . Checking in and out of jobs on a scheduling app on your phone . Duties also include but are not limited to digging holes, planting trees and shrubs, laying mulch and sod. Requirements . Must have a proper valid driver's license (clean with MVR) and timely transportation to and from work . Must be able to speak and understand English . Reliable and dependable . Desire to work in landscaping . 1 year running a crew of 2 or more members is required (includes, driving a truck and trailer and running commercial mowing equipment.) Physical Demands . Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body . Be able to reach overhead . Be able to work in various standing and bending positions for extended periods of time . Be able to lift, pull and push material and equipment to complete assigned job tasks . Ability to work outside all day Miscellaneous . 40 hours weekly during in season . Paid weekly .
