We are looking for someone to assist in standing up/building out a new area focused on UX. This person will be responsible for creating standard project documentation, such as High Level Design Documents, Detailed Design Documents, Requirements Documents, and User Stories. They will be working closely with Project Managers and Technical Leads to document designs, architecture flows, process flows, and requirements. The Sr. BA will need to work with various tools, including, but not limited to: Online Google Products such as Sheets, Docs, Charts, Azure DevOps (VSTS), and Visio. The ideal candidate would have strong analytical and documentation skills, able to write a clear user story (with requirements), but understand and be able to translate technical topics, requirements, etc. They need to be a self-starter and able to follow direction/guidance without being given direction. The Sr. BA needs to also be strong at diagramming and translating ideas into process flows, data flows, etc. Additionally, since this is a UX team, the BA will need to have a customer first focus, technology second, and be comfortable with standing up a new area with changing direction and fluid processes.
