For more information, please visit: www.guidehouse.com. Responsibilities Provide strategic advise and support for IT clients across the National Security Segment. Analyze business requirements and provide recommended best in class solutions to meet customer needs. Provide cost estimates for IT support services. Oversee implementation of a wide array of technology solutions. Advise clients on strategies for migrating to the cloud. Coordinate across multiple teams, lead engagements, and collaborate with clients to efficiently deliver services. Lead strategic planning efforts to identify, pursue and capture new IT related business opportunities. Assist in growing a pipeline of IT related business. Mentor and coach staff within an IT consulting track. Qualifications The Following Qualifications are Required to be considered for this role: Due to our contractual requirements, to be eligible for this role, you must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at time of hire. A CURRENT and ACTIVE Secret Clearance (or higher) A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Knowledge of and experience with a broad array of technology solutions Experience leading large teams to deliver IT solutions to government clients Experience advising high level government customers Understanding of and ability to articulate strategic trends in the IT space, and advise clients on emerging solutions Experience analyzing customer business requirements and making recommendations on appropriate solutions; ability to provide cost estimates for these solutions Experience strategically advising customers on approaches to best meet their business needs Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively Experience successfully leading large capture efforts, building and maintaining a robust pipeline Experience with large IT transformation projects Experience managing an integrated team of staff and subcontractors Experience with project governance and standard Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Desired: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Experience working within Department of State or other National Security clients Additional Requirements The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.
