Prior sales experience preferred but not required. Extensive training is provided. We have in-house training dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs. Take pride in learning the ins & the outs of the Ford line-up, optional packages, & latest technology. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Grow your customer base by providing excellent service and following up with buyers to ask for referral business. Stay up-to-date with training and certifications. Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations. Bring your 'A game' & positive attitude with you every day. Qualifications Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
