Job Summary: 
Westat is seeking a professional with strong communications and problem solving skills to join health services research team. The successful candidate will support health communications, policy analysis, and qualitative data collection and analysis, and reporting tasks. They must have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable and effective working on multiple, complex tasks in close coordination with others, and have strong interpersonal and writing skills.

Job Responsibilities:
•    Leading and working with cross-functional project teams.
•    Providing quality assurance of task-related work and client deliverables.
•    Developing and managing timelines; identifying and troubleshooting risks. 
•    Developing agendas and supporting meetings, webinars, and large conference calls involving clients, experts and stakeholders.
•    Developing communications materials for education and outreach, such as fact sheets, social media announcements.
•    Writing meeting or call notes and managing follow through of action items. 
•    Supporting literature reviews.
•    Conducting and qualitative interviews.
•    Supporting recruitment of research sites and participants. 

Basic qualifications: 
•    A bachelor's degree in public health, social sciences, or a related field.

Minimum Qualifications: 
•    Excellent attention to detail. 
•    Excellent communications skills with ability to tailor communications for an audience or specific product.
•    Strong MS Office skills, including MS Word and Excel. 
•    Strong collaboration skills.
