Job Summary/Company: Our client, a mental health therapy office, is searching for a diligent Part-time Administrative Assistant to join its team. This person will support various administrative, digital marketing, and accounting functions around the office.

This person must be able to commit 10-15 hours of work per week within the 3:00pm-12:00am midnight timeframe.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage client coordination functions by scheduling consultants and arranging meetings
  • Perform data entry for accounts receivables, collect payments from clients for services rendered
  • Support social media management and create digital marketing materials
  • Answer phones with exceptional customer service
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies
Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • At least two years of administrative experience; digital marketing or social media management experience highly preferred
  • Experience with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
  • "Type A" personality and a can-do attitude
