Marketing Specialist Job Summary:

We are seeking a bilingual Marketing Specialist to support an industry leading client in Germantown, MD. We are seeking a highly organized individual with a strong attention to detail, to drive multiple direct response marketing programs in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. As a Marketing Specialist, you will partner with stakeholders to design direct response campaigns and implement tests as well as optimizations to make performance improvements and increase ROI. You will also be responsible for the development and execution of multiple simultaneous campaigns to drive customer acquisition. Experience with direct response marketing to the Consumer audience (B2C) is desired. Strong project management skills and detail-oriented focus is required.

Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders and partner agencies to develop targeted marketing materials for implementation in nationwide and local campaigns.
  • Manage the planning, execution and reporting of online acquisition campaigns, such as paid social, digital display and programmatic advertising campaigns.
  • Work with the Marketing team to plan and execute targeted direct response marketing campaigns (Direct mail, digital, print, television, etc.).
  • Campaign administration to include proofing materials to ensure they meet established branding guidelines, scheduling, invoicing and reconciliation.
  • Aggregate reports for performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROAS and other KPIs).
  • Communicate trends and insights, and campaign optimizations made to spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, agencies and other partners to set strategies, data collection and reporting.

Marketing Specialist Qualifications:
  • BA or BS in marketing or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2C direct-response marketing programs.
  • 2 years of experience working in a marketing role.
  • Must be proficient in Spanish (read/write).
  • Experience with direct response B2C campaigns, preferably including design and production of direct mail campaigns.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and editing skills.
  • Experience in graphic design.
  • Highly creative with experience in support of the development of marketing materials that engage, inform and motivate (graphic design/print materials experience).
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience executing marketing tests and implementing campaign optimizations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources.
