Summary

The MIL Corporation seeks a Financial Analysis, Analyst to support a Federal Government client located in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities
  • Provide PRISM operational and functional support to the FAA's Procure to Pay Business Flow. Support the End User community
  • Apply advanced diagnostics techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions for Help Desk tickets
  • Diagnose and solve end-user functional systems problems
  • This will be performed via deskside or telephone support while utilizing the BMC Remedy helpdesk tool and the PRISM system application
  • Report and capture service calls electronically using an integrated voice response system
  • Participate in recurring meetings (in person or via teleconference)
  • Provide status reports and meeting minutes
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures
  • The successful candidate should have 1 - 3 years' help desk/customer service experience
  • Experience with creating user accounts, assigning passwords, establishing route roles, authority limits and user responsibilities within PRISM is preferred

  • Per federal guidelines, ability to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or obtain by December 8, 2021

Education
BA/BS or HS/GED with 3 years of Customer Service Experience

Clearance
All applicants for this position must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
