Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Serves as Contracting Officer's Technical Representative and /or Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
- Develops portions of support services funding estimates that reflect requirements for the goods and services for which they have been assigned responsibility.
- Prepares Statements of Work, sole source justifications, cost surveys, market research, procurement request packages, and requisitions, assuring adherence to current federal procurement regulations

- Military experience that included responsibility for directing a variety of support functions such as communications, property management, mail service, facilities and equipment maintenance, etc.
In addition, qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience certifying the acceptability of goods and services.
- Experience reviewing and certifying invoices for payment processing.
- Experience preparing Statements of Work, sole source justifications, and cost surveys, assuring adherence to current federal procurement regulations.
- Experience preparing market research, procurement request packages, and requisitions, assuring adherence to current federal procurement regulations.
- Experience developing and administering service contracts for equipment.
There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-12 position.
