The dealership operates at the higher end of industry benchmarks and pays accordingly for a high level of performance.Duties And Responsibilities Protect the assets of the dealership while ensuring high delivery rate success of available purchase and lease clients. Sell financing and other finance and insurance products to customers. Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, factory and otherwise Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals Various other duties related to overall success of finance department to include working with sales team directly to coach referrals and service walks.QualificationsPrior finance manager experience is required.
