The Cryptologic Language Training Developer develops, maintains, and updates language materials/content to mirror language analyst tasks in order to meet customer language training requirements.Education and Experience Requirements:Active TS/SCI clearance with a PolygraphBachelor's Degree in a related discipline (eg language, areas studies, education, education technology, ISD)3/3 ILR proficiency in reading and listening in the target languageFive years of of operational experienceThree years' experience working in the Intelligence Community as a language analystTwo years experience, within the last six years, of applied practical experience developing, documenting and /or updating basic, intermediate, and advanced language training materials following the principles of ISDIn lieu of the relevant Bachelor's Degree four additional years of applied, practical experience in the language education, instructional design, or language analysis fields for a total of nine years work experience may be substitutedOne year experience typing, using English and appropriate foreign language fonts, keyboards, and computer softwareDuties and Responsibilities:Develop language materials/content to mirror language analyst tasks and update existing materials to meet language training requirementsUse blended learning techniques which may include a combination of eLearning tools, video and audio exercises, readings, case studies, and demonstrations of required skills through work related tasks in accordance with Government guidanceClarify and document customer operational requirements, training objectives and language level of materialsAssist in the prioritization of requirements for training developmentResearch and leverage classified and unclassified domain-specific language resources for relevant, authentic language content; develop training materials to include transcription, translation, and analysis of operational, task-based exercisesCollaborate with language instructors and other Government and Contractor developers in the design, development and documentation of language and domain -specific training materialsEmploy technology, Adobe C5S, Adobe Premier in developing training materials for language learning that combines blended delivery modes such as online, distance, asynchronous eLearning technology and self -paced instructionsCollaborate with SIGINT Operations technical experts as well as other Government and Contractor instructors and developers to obtain and develop language materialsDevelop practical evaluations to test the student's mastery of the learning and/or performance objectivesIdentify and recommend learning applications and tools that enhance training deliveryTeam with other Government and contract language instructors and developersWhat we can offer you!Weve been named a Best Place to Work by the Washington Post.Our employees value the flexibility at CACI that allows them to balance quality work and their personal lives.We offer competitive benefits and learning and development opportunities.We are mission-oriented and ever vigilant in aligning our solutions with the nations highest priorities.For over 55 years, the principles of CACIs unique, character-based culture have been the driving force behind our success.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Normal demands associated with an office environment.
