Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and shares expertise.Job DescriptionCore ResponsibilitiesInventory forward and reverse logistics subject expert for field partners with escalations, process improvement and process redesign.Ensures integrity of store inventory counts and is accountable for monitoring accuracy and compliance with inventory procedures across stores.Monitors and analyzes inventory for trends, gaps, exposure and overall operational performance. Recommends adjustments based on results.Serves as conduit to logistics providers/partners and stores for all things operations.Monitors compliance, adoption, risk and impact on new and existing policies and procedures. Implements communication plan regarding new policy and procedures.Supports retail training and employee engagement initiatives with retail operations knowledge.Partners with internal organizations to solve customer and internal employee compliance escalations to identify and address training/process gaps.Visits stores quarterly to participate in store audits and rectify operational challenges.Partners with store and market managers to ensure all demonstration hardware is functional.Must be able to carry and lift up to 25 pound boxes, stand and move about the store occasionally.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
