If you are passionate about driving the health care industry forward to better improve the lives of patients, members, and employees, let's talk!Job PurposeThe Sales Solution Specialist will provide support to Sales and Account Management to accelerate the adoption of the Welldoc digital health platform.ResponsibilitiesSupport Sales & Account Management with presentations and demonstrations of the Welldoc platform to prospects and customers. Key market segments include Health Systems, Health Plans, Large Self-Insured Employers and OEM/Channel Partners.Work in concert with sales team on coordinating and tracking responses within company to RFI's, RFP's and follow- up questions from prospects. Maintain and update RFP database of content and responses.Work with sales, marketing and development on building, enhancing and maintaining the demonstration system.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Account Management on prioritizing functional and technical requirements to meet the unique requirements of key market segments.Provide demonstration and sales support at trade shows, marketing, and reseller/client events.Work closely with CRO on designing and creating reports and dashboards focused on markets, competition, win/loss, and operational metrics.Required Skills & Experience:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
