Each restaurant offers an open-air kitchen, a polished casual ambiance, top notch service, and understandable American cuisine that simply tastes great.We are currently hiring Servers, Hosts, and Food Runners for the Stanford Grill restaurant located in Columbia, MD. We are looking for passionate, high-energy individuals to join our team and help us deliver an unforgettable dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess the following:*Attitude - Optimistic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented.*Professional - Poised and professional demeanor.*Intelligence - You should be able to think quickly and comprehensively learn the food and wine menu.*Teamwork - Ability to work as part of a team and assistant in whatever capacity deemed necessary to ensure efficient operation of the dining room and guest experience.*Adaptability and Availability - You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We have a variety of shifts available. However, flexibility is key. We require a minimum of three days per week and some weekend availability.* Restaurant experience is not required.
