Finance DirectorVisual Connections, LLC is seeking a full-time Director of Finance to join our Operations Services team. This role is responsible for accurately and effectively managing all aspects of accounting and finance operations for Visual Connections, LLC and its affiliated companies.Description of Job Duties:Direct and manage all aspects of accounting activities of the organization including the general ledger, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and collections process for all business structures.Prepare timely financial reports, provide data mining to support business operations and assist in analyzing financial data.Actively participate in the budgeting and forecasting process.Implement consistent accounting policies, practices and procedures, upholding federal, state and local legal standards by remaining knowledgeable about existing, new and future legislation.Process semi-monthly payroll, including 401K and benefits reconciliations.Prepare and file local and state monthly and quarterly taxes and provide documentation for yearly federal taxes.Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.Analyze, develop, and implement improvements or recommendations.Skills Required:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration with an emphasis in accounting, or a related field.Master's degree and/or CPA preferred.
