The marketing team at Phone2Action is seeking a Demand Gen Director to accelerate to our next phase of growth. Reporting to the SVP, Marketing, this role will build strategy, execute plans, and manage our campaigns and demand creation programs. The ideal candidate loves rolling up their sleeves to develop winning campaign strategies and is passionate about staying on top of best practices for delivering pipeline across multiple channels including paid search, target marketing, emails, social and other marketing channels.You Will:Develop and execute measurable demand creation and campaign programs that drive revenue through sales teams.Establish a common campaign framework for multi-touch marketing programs that include both online and offline tactics.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing to implement digital and ABM strategies to increase growth.Partner with Marketing Operations to forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length.Provide the operating strategy for optimization of landing pages and email with a focus on converting more leads and driving pipeline.Manage outside vendors that contribute to demand creation programs including search engine optimization (SEO) and paid search experts, email providers and list providers.Partner closely with web and events teams to more align demand-related functions.Juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, high-pressure environmentYou Have:A bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.7 or more years of experience in managing paid campaigns (B2B SaaS strongly preferred).Detailed knowledge of Google ads and email best practices, with demonstrated success in driving high-quality leads.Experience in remarketing across a range of channels, with success in conversion.Experience running campaigns on various platforms.Solid copywriting skills and attention to detail.About Us:Phone2Action is the nation's leading software platform for public affairs and government relations professionals.
