Executive Improvements LLC has been completing home renovations and building homes in the Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland areas for the last 15 years. Executive Improvements is a licensed Class A construction company, maintaining both commercial and residential licensing. Currently our company is going through an exciting growth phase having secured several contracts with national retailers as well as growing our commercial development and home building divisions. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team and help us continue to develop and grow each of the divisions of our company. Candidates must have construction management experience, excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. We are looking for a person who can interact in a positive way with a wide variety of clients, as well as fellow employees, management, and office personnel. Candidates need a broad range of knowledge in a variety of building material products and methods of construction. Successful candidates: We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance, and demeanor, with an overall knowledge of all remodeling trades; Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Plumbing, Drywalling, Electrical and overall Renovation/Remodeling. Capabilities must include: Use software to update the status of all projects. Capacity to manage multiple projects and teams in the field concurrently. Coordinate with warehouse and office staff on material requests. Capable of working within deadlines and under moderate pressure. Ability to prioritize workload and be responsive to client requests. Proactive management of change order requests. Willing to dive in and be hands on at project job sites as needed. Qualifications: At least 2 years of proven related PM experience. Strong written and oral communication skills. Working knowledge of Xactimate and 3D modeling software a plus! Experience with MS Office suite products. Must be looking for a long-term position and excited about contributing to a quickly growing company. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
