Must reside between Washington DC and Boston (train ride into NYC)This position will work with the Client Success team, upselling to existing client base. You Should Have At least 2 years of proven experience upselling clients within SaaS platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSuperb presentation and product demonstration skillsExperience with a partner ecosystem a plusHumility and empathy for the challenges our clients face on a daily basis in the homecare industryTravel to clients, conferences, industry events as necessary (less than 10%)Bonus: experience selling into the healthcare or homecare industryWhat You'll DoBuild relationships with current Enterprise clients to identify upsell opportunities, effectively hitting monthly goalsLead discovery and tailored product demonstrations to show the value of additional client solutionsBuild expertise in client's Partner Connect ecosystem to drive referrals to vendor partnersCreate and maintain relationships with partner vendors to understand the value proposition of their various solutions that offer clients a seamless technological experience with clientUncover the true business needs, pain points, and challenges that our clients are facingUnderstand your client's organizational landscape, identifying key stakeholders and build strong relationships with client operating partnersPartner cross-functionally with account management, client success, product, marketing and finance to ensure the continued success of your clientsMaintain pipeline hygiene and track all activity in Salesforce, allowing for accurate forecasting to hit your sales targetsProvide insightful feedback from prospect conversations to product, sales, and marketing leadership The Opportunity As a Relationship Manager you will be responsible for making our clients stronger and seeking out opportunities for growth.
