Maintain a firm understanding of the ETF marketplace/ecosystem, with a strategic overlay that accounts for both our own distribution structure/approach, and unique product set and value proposition. Identify opportunities to drive ETF revenue results through diverse multi-channel marketing activity, and strong product positioning and content development. Create strategic marketing and communication plans, and execute in collaboration with our dedicated Agile team. Drive proactive collaboration with marketing leadership, distribution and investment management partners, and other support departments to ensure accuracy, effectiveness and on-time delivery of marketing initiativesKey Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and manage marketing initiatives that support and drive ETF sales momentum:* Identify market opportunities, target segments, channels, and key touch points for marketing activity.* Develop and recommend marketing plans of action that drive results; execute in collaboration with a dedicated Agile team. * Ensure accurate measurement and reporting of marketing results.* Collaborate with other marketing partners to account for PR, media planning, and social marketing.* Partner with technical subject matter experts to expand upon and improve product positioning and marketing content.Maintain strong communications and relationships with key internal and external stakeholders:* Build strong relationships with peers in marketing, investment management, distribution and other internal and external business partners.* Drive communication to proactively promote and gain internal alignment on all marketing initiatives.* Appropriately influence decisions to reflect the desired direction for marketing initiatives.* Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, competitive activities and programsRequirements:* 6-7 years experience required in financial services and/or investment management industry, with a minimum of 5-years in marketing in or adjacent to the ETF marketplace* Experience in digital marketing and media planning strongly preferredEducation & license/designation* Four-year degree required* Series 7 and 65 preferred* CFP, CIMA, CFA or other industry designations preferred
