The ongoing war for talent is incredibly fierce, and you will be on the front lines attracting and securing the next wave of high-potential individuals eager to launch a professional sales career with us.Armed with great training and distinctive recruiting abilities, youll proactively seek out new and creative ways to attract, educate, and engage candidates looking to launch a career in high-tech sales.A driven competitor, you will build a high-volume candidate pipeline while measuring yourself continuously against rewarding weekly goals and monthly milestones.Your daily collaboration with 30+ hiring managers across six memoryBlue offices from coast-to-coast will make a direct impact on the company as we scale rapidly.Requirements:Youre a competitive recruiting professional with a track record of high achievement in everything you do.
