Job Description Main Focus- Must have construction experience Will start remotely. Back in office after Covid-19 Key responsibilities Research, gather, establish and maintain a database of information on market sectors, market trends, potential clients, upcoming project opportunities, and key competition Inform the team on market conditions and projections Recommend and participate in the development of sales and marketing initiatives Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events Develop and deliver persuasive approaches and presentations that will attract potential clients to do business Develop new business opportunities with existing clients to achieve revenue goals Prospect for new clients/bid opportunities and convert them to clients Identify business opportunities in previously untapped markets Negotiate and close business deals Develop and maintain current client relationships and network Work with internal team to maximize sales opportunities with current projects/clients Become a subject matter expert (SME) in Procore, HubSpot and other software solutions Be a resource to all employees with the Company software solutions Develop and deliver value-adding training programs for all employees Other tasks as directed Core competencies Professional demeanor Effective communication skills Excellent writing and verbal skills Able to establish rapport with people of all levels Able to develop and deliver excellent training and presentations Able to effectively listen to client and respond appropriately Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Strong time management skills Highly organized and detail oriented Positive and flexible demeanor Powered by JazzHR JOeDbxUXNv
