Under the direction of the Assistant Administrator the Staff Development Coordinator manages the facility's professional development programs and educational services, which promote growth and development within established guidelines and standards of regulatory and accrediting agencies. Responsibilities: Conduct new hire orientation sessions Implement in-person and electronic training focused on annual and semi-annual related material Develop training initiatives and strategies to improve organizational performance Accurately records training hours into designated databases and tracks training hour requirements, per employee Maintain training checklists and records Manages TB Screening and Annual Health Screening processes Survey managers to determine training needs and desired results Company Description Hallmark Youthcare provides a full continuum of treatment services for adolescents with inappropriate behavior, as well as psychiatric needs.
