Call Center Representative
Job Description We are seeking an onsite Customer Service Representative to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. This position serves as the single point of contact for clients during the transfer of goods from origin to destination. As the liaison between the sales representative, operations, and the customer, you will coordinate all aspects of the move to ensure high quality service and delivery.
