Director of Marketing - (Bethesda, MD)Bach to Rock, , America's Music School, seeks to hire an energetic, dependable and committed individual as a Director of Marketing.The Director of Marketing will grow leads, increase enrollments and generate revenue for the brand. The Director of Marketing is responsible for the strategic development and tactical implementation of all marketing activities and is expected to be an expert in the area of digital marketing. The Director of Marketing will perform the following duties:Steer lead generation through digital marketing: SEO, SEM, PPC, social media management, reputation management, email, text, analytics, ecommerce.Lead development of yearly strategies, plans and marketing calendars to achieve desired business results for the Bach to Rock brand.Lead, manage and direct digital efforts to generate leads, enrollments and maximize revenue.Develop and manage National Brand Fund budget, strategies and tactics.Develop, manage and lead Franchise Advisory Council in the area of marketing.Monitor, review and report on marketing activity and results including detailed measurement and analysis of response rates, inquiries, conversions and other metrics.Manage effective relationships with franchisees and franchisee's directors.Present information, strategies, and concepts to franchisees and franchisee's directors in a manner that inspires action.Set direction for all consumer marketing, promotion and advertising elements including heavy digital emphasis.Manage and direct the workflow of the Interactive Marketing Manager on a daily basis.Manage external vendors and partners including website, public relations, mystery shop, customer feedback, graphic design and printing firms.Lead development of yearly strategies, plans and marketing calendar to achieve desired business results for sales of new franchised units.Implement marketing tactics and monitor performance of franchise sales efforts.Requirements:Minimum 5 - 7 years increasingly responsible marketing experience in consumer related marketing organization(s)Minimum 1 year of experience managing brand marketing employee(s)Has demonstrated digital expertise in lead and revenue generationExperience working within a franchise organization preferableExperience in driving leads, enrollments and revenue for brick-and-mortar, consumer retail/service businessBA or BS degree with an MBA in Marketing or equivalent preferredHas demonstrated the delivery of marketing and revenue results within given budgetsAbility to provide creative direction and feedbackRelationship building skills with the ability to create mutually beneficial relationships with both internal and external constituentsStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and requests simultaneously, within an intense, deadline-driven environmentExceptional project management skills including high attention to detailStrong analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environmentAbility to travel between sites and to eventsAbility to pass a background checkQualified candidates may apply by submitting a resume and cover letter.B2R offers a salary commensurate with education and experience, a competitive benefits package which includes a 401(k) plan with a generous employer matching contribution as well as opportunities for professional growth.B2R is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
