Job Description Who we are: MAZ Management owns several Dental Practices; ranging from General to Perio. We are also involved in consulting/owning dental offices that need assistance with cash flow, marketing, recruiting, coaching and managing the practice. We are growing quickly and we are looking for a caring Associate Dentist who is a great communicator, team player, puts patients first. Our core values are who we are and the right candidate will posses the following: Adaptability: positivity, accept change, react quickly 'We' Mentality: all for one, team above self Patient Focused: compassionate Integrity: trustworthy, do what you say Growth Oriented: ready, willing, able to learn Funergetic: high energy, enthusiastic, positive vibes Duties: Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment to patients, including regular cleanings, restorations, extractions, and cosmetic dentistry Educate patients and parents of patients on maintaining proper oral health Communicate with dental staff on our team regarding patient treatment plans Prescribe medications as necessary Carefully document all medications, diagnoses, treatments, and consultations Supervise the work of clinical staff Skills and Requirements: DDS or DMD required Current license to practice dentistry in Virginia Valid malpractice liability insurance Dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of care to patients Excellent communication skills Friendly and professional demeanor Participate in Education programs, Study clubs, Lunch & Learns and Marketing events
