The customer's vision of IT has gone beyond the local data center and has stretched itself into Cloud technologies to help reduce costs, create and consume commodity-like solutions, and enable quick deployment of key components so that success on a new-aged digital battlefield is not limited by technology.Program DescriptionThis contract is a new effort within this agency to improve the efficiency of delivering IT and business services through Business Process Management/Improvement (BPM/I) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities, methodologies and services as a managed, end-to-end full-life cycle service. It is focused on first reviewing and improving underlying business processes, and then automating routine tasks to improve efficiency, accuracy and speed of service delivery.Team DescriptionThe person filling this role will provide technology, software/license management support plan(s) and vendor management support to include installing and making available in a production environment the approved RPA tool(s). Design system architecture and security. Possesses technical skills and understanding of the IT technical environment to troubleshoot configuration issues in different cloud environments. Blackspoke is one of multiple sub-contractors on this team, so ability to work well with others is key.Job DescriptionLead a discovery process that will include facilitating ideation and rapid prototyping sessions with Government SMEs.Architect IT Solutions to build and maintain an RPA and BPM/I infrastructure.Evaluate and recommend RPA tools to test and operate in a Top Secret SCIF.Help assess, configure and deploy RPA tools to establish automation services.Serve as technical point of contact for RPA vendor relationship management.Provide IT architecture analysis in support ofDefining standard operating procedures (SOPs).Driving business process improvement (BPI) and/or Automation.Facilitating discovery sessions, planning meetings and requirements gathering.Developing recommendations for standards creation and enforcement.Evaluating return-on-investment or expected operational improvement measuresIdentifying, collecting and disseminating best practices and lessons learned.QualificationsBachelor's degree.Top Secret/SCI clearance.5-10 Years of experience as an IT architect or similar architect role, ideally in support of business process improvement efforts.Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation tools.IT technical expertise troubleshooting configuration issues in different cloud environments.Desired Core Skills:Cybersecurity process management, experience with Risk Management FrameworkExperience dealing with ISSOs/ISSMsConfiguring the network environment using RPA vendor documentationUnderstanding AWS ConsoleFull life-cycle technology analysis to include requirements gathering, architecture development, vendor evaluation, system design, installation, testing, deployment, and vendor relationship management.Experience providing technical support to business process improvement initiatives.Proven track record automating business processes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills interacting with business process owners and senior executives.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
