Overview:BigBear.ai is seeking Analytic Software Engineers and Data Scientists of all levels to to join a mission focused project, involving rapid prototype development and working with big data. This position will support PCI, a BigBear.ai company.What you will do:Provide Software Engineering support to CyberSecurity Operations mission by designing and implementing prototype software applications using a variety of APIs, frameworks and programming languages. Support the Cyber analyst by providing software solutions that are required to support mission objectives.What you need to have:Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS with PolygraphAt least 4 years of general experience in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline. A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or a related discipline may be substituted for four years of general experience.Experience in several of the following:Developing software using object-oriented language (C/C++, Java)Developing in Linux/Windows environmentsScripting (Perl, Bash, Python)Database (MySQL, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle) integrationDeveloping J2EE componentsGeneral Protocol processingExperience with version control software (eg, Maven, Git)Developing analytics in the customer GhostMachine environmentModern analytic platforms such as SparkBy December 8, 2021, all employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination or obtain an approved exemption as an accommodation.What we'd like you to have:At least 8 years of general experience in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline.GUI experience (js, PHP, HTML)Experience with XKEYSCOREFamiliarity with PigModern Machine Learning platforms and languagesAbout BigBear.ai:BigBear.ai is a new leader in decision dominance serving the national defense and intelligence communities.
