The noodle server will provide skilled dancing noddle service and interact with customers to enhance the dining experience in the restaurant.Duties / Responsibilities: Master the production process of noodles, ensure the quantity/quality and sanitation of the kitchen, and meet the food safety standards Responsible for making other products and snacks Provide the excellent dancing noddle performance and interact with the guests politely. (We provide training) To assist co-workers actively and learn more skills in other positions; to ensure customer satisfaction Performs other related duties as assignedBenefits: Provides employees discounts to dine at all 1400+ Haidilao Hot Pot locations globally Provides on-site staff meal Provides medical insurance to qualified full-time employees Provides Birthday gift and celebrationRequired Skills: Energetic and passionate about the restaurant industry Hardworking, professional dedication, strong interpersonal communication skills, and strong teamwork spirit Obtain the Food Handler CertificateEducation / Qualifications: Food Handler Certificate Previous restaurant experience is preferred Fluent in English / Preferred languages: Mandarin and SpanishPhysical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, deliver and/or serve items weighing up to 20-40 pounds throughout an eight-hour shift Ability to stand and walk continually throughout an 6-8 hours shift Ability to bend, stoop and reach for products and items Ability to work to various temperature environment, for example low temperature in the refrigerator and high temperature in the cooking area Ability to clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation Ability to work in loud areas, for example, the music for special performance and/or loud noise from the dishwasher machine Ability to attend work as scheduled, working various schedules and shifts throughout normal business hours
