MIL currently holds several multi-year contracts with NAWCAD in the areas of Cyber, C5ISR, and Information Technology systems.


The MIL Corporation is seeking a Network / Systems Administration, Senior Analyst to provide Tier-3 network and systems sustainment engineering for a fleet of mobile sensor system vehicles at our St. Inigoes, MD location.

  • Perform configurations, manage, and trouble shoot devices such as routers, switches, satellite communications equipment, wireless access points, laptops, network attached storage (NAS) devices, etc.
  • Isolate network issues and resolve by reconfiguring / replacing devices and revalidating functionality.
  • Interface with service providers to remedy bandwidth allocation, connectivity, and quality of service issues.
  • Report issues to engineering for remediation as applicable.
  • Assist cybersecurity engineering efforts during all lifecycle phases.

Required Qualifications
  • Security+ Certification.
  • 5 years' experience with networked environments.
  • Ability to develop and interpret engineering packages.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and organization skills.
  • Ability to interface professionally with individuals at all levels and communicate effectively with project staff and other team members.
  • Proficiency with Visio, Microsoft Office suite, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Per federal guidelines, ability to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or obtain by December 8, 2021

Desired Qualifications
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD/Inventor.
  • Advanced network certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, etc.
  • Experience working with and leading teams.


Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college. Six (6) years of work experience related to the position or an Associate's Degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college plus four (4) years of additional work experience related to the position may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
