Principal Associate, Credit College Open Enrollment Lead

The Job Family Learning team is looking for our next Credit College Open Enrollment Portfolio Lead. As a Lead in Credit College, you will lead the day-to-day operation and the strategic vision of our open enrollment portfolio (15+ courses), which supports our Credit analyst population. You will work closely with the broader Credit College team, business partners, and L&D operations team to plan, execute, and monitor our critical courses. You'll also use your stellar communication skills to meet regularly with credit leaders to discuss learning needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team of operations and design (team of 2 associates)
  • Leverage existing metrics and data to build a long term vision and strategy for open enrollment operations
  • Manage the Credit College reinvention efforts to refresh existing courses and fill content gaps
  • Ensure that the work of the team and individuals is continually aligned to meet internal customer needs
  • Be a proactive and productive partner with Credit College business partners
  • Closely monitor overall health and performance of Credit College open enrollment portfolio, making recommendations for continuous improvement


Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development
  • At least 2 years of people leadership experience


Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of related experience in leading learning, operations, or both
  • At least 3 years of people leadership experience
  • Exposure to or experience with credit community (or business analysts)
  • Evidence of leveraging data to yield insights and make programmatic recommendations
  • Evidence of ability to prioritize, manage and complete projects with tight deadline
  • Excellent business consulting skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
