At ThriftBooks, your success is up to you.YOULL LOVE WORKING AT THRIFTBOOKS BECAUSECurrently hiring a Warehouse Trainer for 2nd Shift Sunday 9 am- 5:30 pm Monday to Thursday 3:30 PM 12 AMStarting pay is based on experienceFriendly work environment with fun monthly eventsPaid holidays for eligible positionsHealth care benefits and 401K savings planPaid time off for all full-time employeesBeing recognized for your hard workOpportunities for free booksYOULL BE EXCITED ABOUT THIS WAREHOUSE TRAINER ROLEYoull work in a fast-paced, high energy warehouse primarily responsible for creating repeatable, trackable, and performance-focused training for our Warehouses employees and leadership, as well as evaluating data and organizational needs to identify learning and development issues.Youll stay active throughout your entire shift in our fast-paced warehouse environment and will provide input into assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning using key performance metrics, as well as interviewing and accessing potential candidates for warehouse positions.We welcome feedback from our team members as we strive for the highest standards and reward our best employees.WERE LOOKING FOR TEAM MEMBERS WHOHave one to three years experience in the production or manufacturing-based environment leading projects and motivating and developing employees.Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Are highly reliable and responsible. You have excellent attendance and consistently meet goals and metrics.Bring a positive and respectful attitude every day, while working independently and as a part of a team.Want to be coached and given feedback to become their best self.Develop your career!
