Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES Support internal customers with technical assistance, network connectivity, equipment diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware and software. Support remote employees with technical assistance, remote access connectivity, equipment diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware and software. Maintain and troubleshoot existing PCs and peripherals throughout the company's network including but not limited to PCs, notebooks, and laptops. Provide service and support for all IT equipment to include personal computers, peripheral devices, hardware, and software used for business purposes including setup and troubleshoot mobile devices. Provide training on an as-needed basis to employees. Provide on-call coverage during non-business hours. This includes maintaining corporate issued mobile devices. Assist in deployment of new technologies and other related tasks. Manage IT inventory of all equipment, licenses, service, and support contracts and incidents. Responsible for the installation of Operating System and Antivirus updates as necessary. Order, maintain, setup, and distribute all telecommunications equipment including but not limited to mobile voice and data devices, headsets, and telephones. Requirements 2 Years of IT support experience Windows 7, 8, 10, Server 2012/2016, Office 2010, 2016, Office 365, Google Suite Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Familiarity with MacOS/iOS/Android OS Ability to manage multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines Basic knowledge of mobile device management technologies Previous experience with reporting and metrics preferred Experience of basic installation/troubleshooting of AV equipment Excellent communication and service delivery skills Basic knowledge of VOIP, and enterprise cloud based phone systems Experience in the installation, configuration, and administration of LANs, wireless network along with other basic networking principles Hardware installation/cabling Certifications are a PLUS Powered by JazzHR plR3WZLGQC
