This Sr. Principal HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing our human capital strategy in support of clients within the NextGen organization. This role will be in Falls Church, VA and will require occasional travel to various sites. The selected candidate must be able to work in partnership with client groups and HRBP peers across multiple sites.Primary responsibilities include serving as the business partner and consultant to internal client groups to help build organizational capability to meet sector and organizational strategic goals. Incumbent will develop and implement value-added HR programs and initiatives as well as support all aspects of HR for assigned client groupAbility to drive HR initiatives (can start with a blank sheet, design a plan/program/process and execute on a timeline). Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to support the business and HR team with minimal task supervision, utilizing relationships to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and proactively sharing best practices for team learning and growthProven ability to lead cross-functional projects to completion including organizing, planning, scheduling and following up on all project related itemsProven experience with recruitment and hiring processes, workforce management practices and talent developmentPreferred Qualifications:Advanced degree preferred in Business, Human Resource management, Organization Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related field.Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and technology, with preferred applications experience in ServiceNow, Workday, Microsoft Teams, and/or SharePointAdvanced problem solving skills and the ability to be flexible and adjust direction when needed.Experience in proactive HR assessment and diagnosis of business challenges and ability to craft effective solutions.Ability to navigate cultural and business nuances/sensitivities to promote top performance, employee engagement and inclusion.Exposure to larger scale change management efforts across sites/client groups.Salary Range: 103700 - 155500Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
