We operate in a fast-paced environment that, while in operation for over 30 years, maintains an entrepreneurial spirit and a "can do" attitude.Job PurposeBioIVT is currently seeking a Design & Creative Content Manager in the NY area to join their growing organization.It is the responsibility of the Design & Creative Content Manager to develop and execute day-to-day marketing materials and content under the direction of the Director of Marketing Communications. The role will focus on creating engaging content to support campaigns and other initiatives for a global audience. This role requires a passionate, disciplined individual who enjoys execution and will be responsible for designing high-impact creative that will grow and evolve our brand.We are looking for a storyteller that can maintain our brand's consistency and creativity through the consistent implementation of our design and content guidelines. This is a cross-functional role requiring strong communication and collaboration with the marketing, operations, and customer service teams. Ideally, the candidate will have several years of experience creating brand and advertising content.This is a part-time, regular role. This person is expected to have a 20-hour workweek schedule.Duties and responsibilitiesDevelop concepts and final design work for cross-platform campaigns and brand content, including but not limited to digital ads, print ads, landing pages, brochures, email campaigns, videos, and other content.Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to produce high-impact marketing materials that promote our products or brandWork within our existing brand style to execute creative requests to ensure that brand standards are being maintainedCollaborate with freelance designers and copywriters to manage design projects and ensure clear creative direction, deliverables and consistency.Support branding/rebranding tasks and content creation for integrations of products and servicesKeeping up with the latest trends for creative B2B contentQualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing Communications Media or similar field of studyLife science marketing experience preferred but not requiredBachelor's degree and 5+ years as a marketing managerProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)Proficient in Microsoft OfficeExperience of HubSpot, Canva and other creative tools a plusExperience maintaining high-quality creative with attention to detail.A strong passion for typography, iconography, and color Illustration experience is a plusEmphasizes design quality, but understands the right balance between quality and speedExperience operating in a fast-paced, iterative environment, readily adapting to continually changing priorities, ability to manage multiple projects nuanced feedback, and tight deadlinesStrong ability to manage projects from creation to executionAbility to work in a hybrid virtual environment, with some in-person meetings requiredWe are a collaborative environment that promotes growth from within.
