TheSkillbridge Program will develop an understanding of how Peraton operates and supports our Government customer.The following positions are available in San Diego, CA and Herndon, VAPersonnel performing this role may unofficially or alternatively be called:Information Assurance (IA) ArchitectInformation Security ArchitectSecurity Solutions ArchitectCybersecurity ArchitectThis role ensures that the stakeholder security requirements necessary to protect the organizations mission and adequately address business processes in all aspects of enterprise architecture including reference models, segment and solution architectures, and the resulting systems supporting those missions and business processes.You will develop/integrate cybersecurity designs for systems and networks with multilevel security requirements or requirements for the processing of multiple classification levels of data primarily applicable to government organizations (eg, UNCLASSIFIED, SECRET, and TOP SECRET).Document and address organization's information security, cybersecurity architecture, and systems security engineering requirements throughout the acquisition life cycle. Ensure that acquired or developed system(s) and architecture(s) are consistent and evaluate security architectures and designs to determine the adequacy of security design and architecture proposed or provided in response to requirements contained in acquisition documents.Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree relevant to Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering and a minimum of 10 years technology-related experience. May consider an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of degreeMinimum of 5 years of experience architecture experienceAbility to obtain/maintain an active US Government Secret Security Clearance. US Citizenship required. This position requires verification of US Citizenship to meet federal government security requirements.Preferred Qualifications:Proven success and expertise in architecting innovative solutions primarily in a client-facing role, experience designing and implementing cloud technologies in large scale enterprisesTechnical and architectural knowledge of Cloud and AI technologies with an emphasis in Security, including some of the following:Private/Hybrid/Public cloud configurations, migrations, patterns, andpractices, with a specific emphasis in securitySecurity Standards, policies and Governance frameworksSecurity, threat modeling, incident response and recovery techniquesSecurity reviews, assessments, and threat modelingCredential Theft Mitigation recommended practicesMicrosoft Windows, Client and Server, Hyper-V, Azure StackAzure IaaS and Azure PaaS servicesAzure subscription planning and network architectureAzure Active Directory and cloud identityActive Directory and migration servicesContainerizationApplications and app modernization, DevOpsData and Artificial IntelligenceScripting, automation, and infrastructure-as-codeModern Management for client devices with Azure AD, Intune, andConfiguration ManagerModern Service ManagementOpen-source software experience, including with data analyticsBig Data Architectures not limited to LAMBDA, and/or KAPPA.On-premise and cloud solutions for data platform, Enterprise Data Warehouse and Visualization Advanced Analytics and Data Science.
