Job Description Position Overview : Seeking a detail oriented individual to work full- time in a relaxed work environment in our Rockville Maryland based office, servicing clients in all of our operating markets. Candidates must posses the desire and customer focused attitude to assist clients over the phone and through all aspects of our office operations. Compensation : $17/hour to start Schedule : Work hours between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. There may be some weekends where the employee may be required to provide coverage answering phones and chat inquiries. Requirements : Extremely proficient in the use of basic computer programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook. Able to take direction and follow company protocols related to customer interaction. Command of the English language. Able to work with a team. Exceptional Phone Skills. Employment Duties : Determines requirements by working with customers primarily on the phone and through email. Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information from corporate knowledge base. Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems. Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests. Facilitates core and additional services by recognizing opportunities to help clients identify needs and explaining offered services. Works within the corporate database by entering client information. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Maintains corporate brand by upholding high customer focus.
