Dulles South Veterinary Center is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our AMAZING team! Offering $14-$17/hr depending on experience. Job seekers with vet, veterinary assistant, animal care or pet hospital experience would be a good candidate for this role. $1500 Sign-On Bonus!! Our Ideal Candidate: This is a full-time position but we are willing to accept part-time applicants as well. Prior veterinary experience preferred Flexible for Weekends, Evenings, and Holidays. Flexibility to work five 8 hour shifts or four 10 hour shifts a week based on staff availability. Highly prefer prior veterinary experience, on-the-job training to be expected. Attention to detail, customer service focus, must be agile to policy & protocol adjustments. Customer service is a top priority and our candidates must be able to balance hospital protocol and client service needs to ensure client satisfaction. Candidate must be comfortable with Microsoft Suite, digital fax, digital records, client texting, and juggling multiple software applications. Our client care professionals assist in patient chart entry and maintenance, grammatical and writing skills are necessary for high performance. Account management in maintaining that all clients and patients have up-to-date paperwork and records both attached and updated within the practice management software. Experience with veterinary software preferred Experience with AVImark is a plus.
