Quantum Real Estate Management, LLC AMO is an established leader in the affordable housing industry. We are a mid-sized property management firm with over twenty-nine years of experience in the residential management field with a specialization in affordable housing. Our portfolio of 60 communities is located in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area including Maryland and Virginia. We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of communities within the Washington DC Metropolitan area. Responsibilities Include : The candidate must have experience and knowledge of residential multifamily operations including: Leasing and marketing oversite. Management of multifamily portfolio of 8-10 properties. Prepare and present annual budgets to owners. Communications to include monthly owners' reports. Oversee onsite hiring & supervision. Exhibit strong organizational skills. Create scopes of work for capital projects. Supervision of capital projects. Assist in creating and implementing new company policy and procedures. Assist with corporate training. Periodically participate in corporate marketing presentations. College Degree 5-7 Years in Regional Property Management position CPM Designation or CPM Candidate preferable Affordable housing experience / designations Strong Communications skills Knowledge of HUD, LIHTC and other Affordable Housing Programs Familiarity with Landlord/Tenant Issues Experience with supervision of multisite portfolio/ staff Motivated toward growth and energized toward new opportunities.
