If you've worked in auto sales, pest control, lawn care, solar, mobile, retail, or car rental sales - we want to talk to you! As a Sales Rep, you will: Meet with new & existing homeowners to determine which Vio home security packages best meet their needs. Build a network of customers through creative & entrepreneurial lead generation to help you crush your sales goals - uncapped commissions! Own the sales process and be supported by the best customer service and install teams in the business to grow your territory. What You'll Need Stellar communication and selling skills - Able to think quickly on your feet to help solve customer challenges & close deals. Competitive Spirit - Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. Tech savvy - comfortable using technology to design custom solutions. Prior direct sales experience is preferred! Essential duties, responsibilities and skills but not limited to: Contact potential customers door to door and make sales of Vios products and services to potential customers outside the office Spend a vast majority of working time outside the office making sales. Follow up on leads from referrals and call-ins. Complete sales education on CGP University. Complete and provide payroll, corrections, and finalization of sales documents to direct reports. Attend sales meetings and trainings. Conduct in a professional and ethical manner at all times. Follow-up with previous customers for progress status, quality of workmanship, safety compliance, customer satisfaction and profitability concerns. Identify and communicate to senior management potential problems that will negatively impact customer satisfaction. Interface with branch offices when necessary. Assists all departments as needed. Performs related services as required. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem escalate requests as necessary. Understand customer requirements in order to provide appropriate solutions by upselling new products and services Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport and referrals #workatvio
