Northrop Grumman Defense Systems Sector (NGDS) is seeking a Property Management Analyst or Principal Property Management Analyst to join our growing team of diverse professionals either on-site in McLean, Virginia or virtually as a full-time teleworker.Responsibilities: Oversees, manages, and analyzes activities associated with the property management business system to ensure company, customer, and US Government property located on site and at subcontractors are managed in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and maintain business system approval Supports the sector Property Administration Office (PAO) to manage and provide guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle requirements Maintains listing of contracts, subcontracts, and internal work orders (IWOs) with property Initiates property closeout and ensures certifications are issued Supports internal property self-assessments and analyze results Supports physical inventories and subcontractor and IWO surveillance Oversees material management requirements in SAP Develops, recommends, and implements property management policy Prepares periodic and special purpose reports relative to matters such as property, compliance, taxes, losses, etc. This position may be filled as a Property Management Analyst or as a Principal Property Management Analyst per the requirements for each level below:Basic Qualifications for Property Management Analyst: Must have one of the following: High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 7 years of property, asset, and/or business management experience Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of property, asset, and/or business management experience Master's degree with a minimum of 1 year of property, asset, and/or business management experience Strong understanding of FAR and DFARS regulations Knowledge with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Knowledge of industry property practices Knowledge of Government practices and systems Ability to perform fairly complex professional tasks Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Must be able to travel as needed (up to 25% of the time) Basic Qualifications for Principal Property Management Analyst: Must have one of the following: High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years of property, asset, and/or business management experience Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of property, asset, and/or business management experience Master's degree with a minimum of 4 years of property, asset, and/or business management experience Strong understanding of FAR and DFARS regulations Knowledge with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Knowledge of industry property practices Knowledge of Government practices and systems Ability to perform fairly complex professional tasks Work independently with a high level of accuracy Microsoft Office Suite Must be able to travel as needed (up to 25% of the time) Preferred Qualifications: NPMA CPPA Certification Experience with SAP Experience with AssetSmart Experience with eTools, GFP Module, PCARSS The ability to work on-site in McLean, Virginia Salary Range: 55800 - 92000 Salary Range 2: 69100 - 114000 Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
