About the Company & Opportunity: Our client is a nonprofit with a mission dedicated to assisting kids, families, and seniors This is a well-established organization founded in 1974 committed to assisting low income residents in Washington, DC Senior Accountant Location : Washington, DC Schedule : Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Candidates MUST be able to commit to the schedule to be considered. Position Overview : Our client needs assistance due to the current workload. Responsibilities: Fixed assets are the highest priority- financial edge GL Reconciliation - (will use a template) Many accounts to reconcile Possibly updating policies Requirements: Blackbaud Financial Edge experience required - NO training will be provided 2+ years accounting experience Nonprofit accounting experience is a plus Experience with reconciliations done through a template Intermediate Excel skills - will be using formulas Personality Fit: Team player Takes initiative Asks the right questions Works well with others Qualified candidates please email your resume for immediate consideration!
