Quadient is seeking a highly motivated and engaging Sales Development Representative to generate leads for mail related solutions. This role will manage the sales qualification process from identification to account access. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for scheduling Discovery Appointments for Account Executives that lead to value outcomes for both the customer and Quadient. The targeted organizations will be a combination of small-sized and medium-sized business in key targeted vertical markets.Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesDevelop Sales Qualified Leads.Nurture and qualify leads from marketing activities as sales opportunities.Prospect for new customers through targeted calling activities.Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Quadient product portfolio.Engage with key persona's (Directors of Finance, AR Managers, Directors of IT, C-Suite) and articulate our value proposition in an effort to set discovery calls with a Quadient Account Executive.Document all sales activities using our CRM and other provided sales tools.Provide product feedback to Product Management as part of the ongoing product development life cycle.Lead full sales cycle when required based on opportunity development activities.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree (or equivalent training)1 year of inside sales experience preferred or equivalent experience in a sales environment.Strong drive, charisma, and a competitive natureStrong business acumen and critical thinkingExcellent oral and written communication skills, excellent presentation skills, software aptitude including the ability to conduct webinars.Excellent interpersonal skills, strong video/telephone call skills coupled with a professional approach to customer service.Previous software or SaaS-based product marketing experience is highly desirableAbility to work cooperatively to contribute to a high performing team environmentDemonstrated track record of success.EPIC ValuesEmpowermentPassionInspirationCommunityDisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and levels of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
