In this position, you will jump into the world of SaaS sales, reporting directly to one of our US business managers who will be one of your closest colleagues. Through regular remote collaboration, you will work to solve customers' challenges and navigate a complex sales process to grow the LMS365 business while building your career in this industry. Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities: Initially, this role will focus on inbound requests from small and mid-size companies. With proper training and guidance, you will: Reply to inbound requests using the phone and video meetings Actively listen to understand the customer's challenges and goal Ask questions to dig deeper and determine how we can deliver the most value to the customer Clearly present to potential customers how LMS365 can help solve their challenge Guide the customer through the process, ensuring all stakeholders are involved at an early stage Close the deal by tying the project to the customer's goals Once fully onboarded your role will expand to include: Starting conversations and generating demand with focus target companies via LinkedIn, email, and phone Contributing to local marketing activities such as webinars and virtual or physical events Assisting in larger opportunities in the Corporate and Enterprise segment Our Ideal Candidate: We hire great people who thrive in a diverse environment, have a passion for sales innovation, and seek a company where their talents & effort can drive industry change.
