You will work closely with the global marketing lead to develop multi-channel marketing strategies for go-to-market product launches, lead generation and conversion, customer retention and engagement, and brand awareness programs.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Execute Marketing StrategyDevelop, execute, manage & optimize integrated marketing campaigns for global subscription publications ensuring promotions maximize user engagement, drive new registrations, registrant paywall hits and online orders.Write compelling marketing copy to gain new prospects, convert leads to subscribers and encourage renewals within various marketing channels including websites, emails, brochures, social media, and advertising.Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase editorial content exposure and grow followership for each publication.Launch, update and maintain publication landing pages and automated email marketing campaigns.Collaborate and Develop Multi-Channel CampaignsWork in partnership with internal teams including marketing, sales, operations, editorial, data services, digital marketing and design to optimize campaign performance and ROI.Collaborate with subscription sales to develop supportive sales collateral.Liaise with the events marketing team to share knowledge and develop onsite publication marketing collateral for virtual and live events.Track and Monitor PerformanceProvide weekly marketing reports to include key performance indicators and new revenue. numbers, tactics performed, analysis, and forward-looking recommendations to increase. content exposure, brand awareness and drive new subscriptions.Use reporting analytics tools to review, analyze, and optimize user experiences.Analyze ROI on marketing tactics and refine promotional plans on a continuous basis.Track revenue & expenses to ensure budgetary goals are met.RequirementsQualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant field3-5 years overall marketing experience with digital media products preferredMust be a compelling copywriter in all marketing channelsExperience in private equity industry marketing preferred but not requiredExperience in subscriptions, events, and SAAS marketing preferredProficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPointProficient with customer relationship management systemsLimited travel may be requiredIndividual Characteristics A skilled and compelling copywriter Detail-oriented, analytical, and driven to exceed expectations A dynamic, confident, resourceful, creative and forward-thinking marketer Highly organized individual who can multi-task in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsCompetitive benefits package.
