Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group seeks to hire a Receptionist who will embrace our clients mission and make a difference in someone's life every day. They would like a receptionist who looks forward to working with a team of professionals who are doing just that, making a difference.


•High school diploma.

• 2-3 years receptionist / clerical experience.

• Intermediate experience in Microsoft applications.

• Must be able to work dynamically and multi-task, and professionally engage with administrators, directors, employees, and the general public.

• Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills.

• Must exercise judgment and discretion, and prioritize work.

• Must possess a professional appearance and attitude.

Job Description:

•Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

•Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.

•Maintains security and telecommunications system.

•Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.

•Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.

•Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.

•Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.

•Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

•Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
