Summary

The MIL Corporation seeks an Internal Control, Analyst to support a Federal Government client at one of our Washington, DC locations.

Responsibilities
  • Support the client with achieving compliance with the end-to-end A-123 Appendix A Assessment (documentation, tests of design and operating effectiveness and reporting)
  • Maintain tracking and visualization of the progress and results through development of SharePoint and Power BI dashboards
  • Develop and deliver internal control assessment training and day-to-day quality control of internal control assessment work products.
  • Provide support to the financial statement audit liaison team by working with process owners and leveraging audit expertise to evaluate audit-ready documentation for the financial statement audit to support continued achievement of a clean audit opinion

Required Qualifications
  • B.S. Accounting
  • 3 years of experience recent accounting-related work experience in Government accounting, financial management, and auditing
  • Audit experience
  • Per federal guidelines, ability to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or obtain by January 18, 2022

Desired Qualifications
  • Momentum experience preferred
