We have an extraordinary talent base and invite you to consider joining MissionSquare Retirement's Marketing Team.Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer, the Vice President, Corporate Marketing guides the strategic direction for the brand and leads a multi-functional team that engages in a broad range of activities that support the MissionSquare Retirement brand strategy, advertising design and communication needs of the company. They will lead the development and management of the brand vision, expand the visual brand identity, and creative solutions to raise the brand profile for MissionSquare Retirement, and oversee the development, adoption, alignment and growth of MissionSquare Retirement brand strategies, messaging, and activation to raise our brand profile and support client acquisition efforts.Essential Functions for this role include:Create strategic roadmaps that are prioritized based on business objectives and feasibilityWorks closely with leadership in Sales, Consultant Relations, Product Strategy, Channel and Client Experience to build rapport and act as a consultant for internal partners across multiple departments and teams to ensure projects are aligned to the strategic marketing campaigns that support the MissionSquare Retirement BrandLeads the "agency inside"A' and oversees the day-to-day activities of strategic marketing, media and public relations, internal and external communications, social media, web design and development, creative services, events and multi-media production. S/he can mine research and insights to form the basis for corporate marketing strategy and support across the organization.Provide brand strategy expertise in new business pitches and key stakeholder meetingsPartner with clients on market research activities to develop and champion brand platforms and marketing strategyFoster an environment that encourages innovative ideas from team members and builds buy-in across the delivery teamEnsure that marketing and communications programs and activities are consistent with MissionSquare Retirement identity and its missionIf you have the following credentials, we encourage you to apply:Minimum of 10+ years Strategic Leadership experience in an advertising agency, consulting firm or marketing services within a company. Experience building and executing brand awareness programs and oversight of research, earned, owned, and paid media required.Demonstrated marketing experience, influencing the marketing performance for brands based on your track record and industry experienceExtensive experience with brand building and managementStrong understanding of creative workflow of graphic design, branding, messaging, and web developmentAbility to collaborate and work directly with internal clients across multiple departments and job levelsProven ability to multitask, manage agencies, manage budgets, and meet tight deadlinesProven leadership skills building and leading high performing organizationsStrategic Thinker/ Ability to provide Creative SolutionsDigital acumenPowerPointMS ExcelPositions at this location require a COVID-19 vaccination.
